بررسی مقاومت آنتی بیوتیکی در سالمونلا اینفنتیس جدا شده از ماکیان شهرستان اراک

سالمونلوز بیماری مشترک بین انسان، دام و طیور میباشد که بعنوان بیماری منتقله از مواد غذایی نیز مطرح می باشد. یکی از سروتیپ های شایع این باکتری ، سالمونلا اینفنتیس می باشد. هدف از انجام این تحقیق بررسی مقاومت آنتی بیوتیکی در 70سالمونلا اینفنتیس جدا شده از ماکیان طی سال های 1390-1389 در شهرستان اراک می باشد. در بررسی ژنوتیپی جهت تایید جنس، تمام جدایه ها باند 5/1 کیلو بازی را از خود نشان دادند. نتایج آنتی بیوگرام بر اساس استاندارد جهانی CLSI و با استفاده از روش دیسک دیفیوژن(Kirby-Bauer) نشان داد که 100% جدایه ها به آنتی بیوتیک های نالیدیکسیک اسید(NA) و نیتروفورانتوئین(FM) مقاومت نشان دادند. از بین 70 جدایه ، 2(9/2%) مورد به 11 آنتی بیوتیک، 10 (3/14%) مورد به 10 آنتی بیوتیک، 8 (4/11%) مورد به 9 آنتی بیوتیک، 6 (6/8%) مورد به 8 آنتی بیوتیک، 22(4/31%) مورد به 7 آنتی بیوتیک، 12 (1/17%) مورد به 6 آنتی بیوتیک و 8 (4/11%) مورد به 5 آنتی بیوتیک مقاوم بودند. همچنین 29 الگوی مقاومت آنتی بیوتیکی بدست آمد.
