تحلیل توزیع فضایی شاخص های ترکیبی کیفیت زندگی شهری (مطالعه موردی: شهر چابهار)

شهر و شهرنشینی خود یکی از مهمترین شاخصهای رفاه و توسعه اجتماعی و اقتصادی محسوب میشود، اما رشد شتابان آن میتواند سرانه برخورداری از بسیاری امکانات اجتماعی و اقتصادی را کاهش دهد و از این طریق پیامدهای آن به صورت کاهش سطح کیفیت زندگی در عرصههای مختلف شهری نمایان شود که این مسأله در شهرهای کشورهای در حال توسعه از جمله ایران که افزایش جمعیت شهرها که در بیشتر مواقع ناخواسته و بدون برنامهریزی به وقوع پیوسته است بسیار مشهود است. در این راستا، هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل توزیع فضایی شاخصهای ترکیبی کیفیت زندگی شهری چابهار، میباشد. رویکرد حاکم بر فضای تحقیق کیفی و کمی و نوع تحقیق کاربردی است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات، از تکنیکها و مدلهای (DIMTEL و VIKOR) استفاده شد. نتایج مدل DIMTEL نشان داد که همه شاخصهای بعد اقتصادی، تاثیرگذار هستند. از بین چهار شاخص، بعد اجتماعی 3 شاخص تأثیرگذار و فقط یک شاخص (خدمات آموزشی) با امتیاز (0.016-) تأثیرپذیر میباشد، همچنین از بین 3 شاخص، بعد زیست محیطی همگی تأثیرپذیر و از بین شاخصهای کالبدی فقط شاخص (مسکن) با امتیاز (0.242)، تأثیرگذار و بقیه تأثیرپذیر میباشد. نتایج نهایی اولویتبندی نواحی شهر چابهار با تاکید بر توزیع فضایی شاخصهای ترکیبی کیفیت زندگی با استفاده از مدل ویکور نشان میدهد، بیشترین عددQ متعلق به ناحیه 1 شهر چابهار با وزن (0.760)، و کمترین وزن متعلق به ناحیه 4 شهر چابهار با (0.574) میباشد.
