تحلیل فضایی شاخصهای توسعه در مناطق روستایی شهرستان دشتستان

چکیده ضرورت شناخت و تحلیل علل نابرابری ها و شکاف های منطقه ای، برنامه ریزان را بر آن داشته که تکنیک ها و روشهایی را ابداع کنند تا از طریق تعیین درجه توسعه یافتگی مناطق بتوانند به تفاوت های منطقه ایی دست یابند. از همین رو در دهههای اخیر، برای تصمیم گیری های پیچیده توسعه در سطح مناطق، توجه محققین به مدلهای تصمیم گیری چند معیاره معطوف گردیده است . بر همین اساس بررسی حاضر نیز بعنوان یک پژوهش بنیادی با بهره جویی از روشهای تصمیم گیری چندشاخصه و با هدف تبیین وضعیت توسعه در مناطق روستایی شهرستان دشتستان به انجام رسیده است. روش تحقیق توصیفی- تحلیلی و شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات از نوع کتابخانه ایی و ابزار جمع آوری با توجه به اهداف پژوهش مبتنی بر دادههای آمارنامه سال 1390 استان بوشهر بوده است که طی آن 40 شاخص در ابعاد مختلف استخراج و با استفاده از تکنیک ویکور فازی، سطح بندی میزان توسعه یافتگی دهستان های شهرستان دشتستان به انجام رسید. یافتههای پژوهش ضمن ترسیم سیمایی نامتعادل از توسعه مناطق روستایی، حکایت از وجود یک شکاف منطقه ای عمیق در شهرستان دشتستان دارد. به طوری که روند توزیع و دسترسی به منابع در 12 دهستان شهرستان دشتی حاکی از آن است دهستان های زیارت با ضریب 06/0 دارای بیشترین میزان توسعه و دهستان های اسماعیل خانی با ضریب 1، وحدتیه با ضریب 968/0، ارم با ضریب 897/0، پشتکوه با ضریب 811/0، دهرود با ضریب 782/0 و زیارت با ضریب 702/0 در رده مناطق روستایی محروم قرار گرفته اند. نتایج نشان می دهد توسعه متوازن مناطق روستایی شهرستان دشتستان مستلزم بازنگری در تخصیص منابع و توزیع برابر فرصت ها با رویکرد برنامه ریزی فضایی در مناطق محروم می باشد.
