پیامدهای ژئوپلیتیکی اختلافات سرزمینی ژاپن با چین و چشمانداز تحولات منطقه ژئوپلیتیکی شرق آسیا

چکیده اختلافات ارضی نسبت به تعدادی از جزایر غیر مسکونی در دریای چین شرقی به مسئله مهمی در روابط دو کشور ژاپن و چین در سالهای اخیر تبدیل شده است. جزایر مورد اختلاف در ژاپن به سنکاکو و در چین به دیائویو شناخته میشوند. این جزایر که در قلمرو دریایی، انحصاری اقتصادی دو کشور ژاپن و چین واقع شدهاند، مورد ادعای مالکیت هر دو کشور میباشند. هدف این نوشتار واکاوی علل مناقشه ژاپن و چین بر سر جزایر سنکاکو یا دیائویو و تبیین ریشهها و پیامدهای ژئوپلیتیکی و چشمانداز تحولات این مناقشه در سطح منطقهای و فرامنطقهای با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی میباشد. نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد که پیامدهای ژئوپلیتیکی در سطح منطقهای: تشدید تعارضات ژئوپلیتیکی و رشد ملیگرایی، تغییر در توازن ژئوپلیتیکی و برهم زدن امنیت منطقه، تداوم بحران ژئوپلیتیکی و اخلال در همکاریهای اقتصادی کشورهای منطقه را بدنبال دارد؛ در سطح فرامنطقهای نیز ایالات متحده به عنوان بازیگر اصلی از یک سو حامی ژاپن و از سوی دیگر خواهان ثبات در منطقه با سیاست چرخش به آسیا برای پیشبرد اهداف راهبردی خود در شرق آسیا میباشد، که فرصتهایی را نیز برای نقشآفرینی بیشتر ایران در خاورمیانه فراهم میکند.
