جامعه شبکهای و تروریسم نوین؛ بررسی منابع ژئوپلیتیکی، ژئواکونومیکی و ژئوکالچری تروریسم نوین در منطقه خاورمیانه در راستای دستیابی به یک مدیریت اجرایی برای امنیت

چکیده یکی از مهم ترین تحولات امنیتی و ژئوپلیتیکی منطقه خاورمیانه ظهور نوع جدیدی از وحشت و ناامنی و کشتار است که گستره وسیعی از جغرافیای منطقه را به صورت فراگیر و یا محدود درگیر خود ساخته است. این پدیده که مقارن با ظهور جامعه شبکه ای است این سؤال را مطرح می کند که جامعه شبکه ای چیست و چگونه شرایط ژئوپلیتیکی، ژئواکونومیکی و ژئوکالچری تروریسم نوین را در منطقه خاورمیانه فراهم آورده است؟ علاوه بر این سؤال اصلی سؤالات فرعی دیگری نیز در این مقاله مطرح می شوند از جمله اینکه تروریسم به طور کلی و تروریسم نوین در منطقه خاورمیانه دارای چه تاریخچه ای است و منابع ژئوپلیتیکی، ژئواکونومیکی و ژئوکالچری تروریسم نوین در منطقه خاورمیانه کدام اند؟ نتایج این مقاله نشان میدهد که جامعه شبکه ای با سخت کردن ساماندهی سیاسی فضا برای دولتهای منطقه و از طرف دیگر به حاشیه راندن کشورهای منطقه خاورمیانه در اقتصاد اطلاعاتی و نیز تهدید هویتهای قومی و مذهبی و در نتیجه ایجاد هویتهای مقاوم در برابر روند جهانی شدن نقش کاتالیزور را در ظهور تروریسم نوین بازی کرده است. با توجه به این مقدمه در این مقاله تلاش خواهد شد با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه ای و مقالات علمی و پژوهشی به تحلیل و تبیین جامعه شبکه ای و نقش آن در ایجاد شرایط ژئوپلیتیکی، ژئواکونومیکی و ژئوکالچری تروریسم نوین در منطقه خاورمیانه پرداخته شود
