شناخت و تحلیل سیاست های توسعه گردشگری (مورد مطالعه: شهر دهدز - شهرستان دزپارت)

ملخص المقالة :

آتوسعه هر مکان جغرافیایی به ظرفیت های طبیعی و انسانی آن وابسته است. آنچه که می تواند توسعه هر مکان را تسریع یا کند نماید، نوع تصمیم گیری ها و سیاست های حاکم در آن بخش از سطوح کلان تا خرد است. توسعه گردشگری نیز از این سیاست ها، مستثنی نیست. بنابراین بخشی از توسعه گردشگری منوط به سیاست های مورد تاکید است. هدف این تحقیق شناخت و سپس تحلیل سیاست های توسعه گردشگری در دو سطح کلان و خرد به صورت مطالعه موردی در شهر دهدز شهرستان دزپارت است. روش تحقیق توصیفی-تحلیلی و مبتنی بر داده های میدانی است. روش گردآوری داده ها در مرحله اول مصاحبه و کنکاش در اسناد مختلف علمی و اجرایی و سپس تکمیل پرسش نامه بوده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق را کارشناسان ادارات منطقه دزپارت تشکیل داده اند. با توجه به نبود آمار دقیق در این زمینه، تعداد 50 نفر مورد پرسشگری قرار گرفتند. روایی پرسش نامه انجام و پایایی آن نیز با ضریب کرونباخ بالای 70/0 تایید شد. نتیجه آزمون تی تک نمونه ای نشان داد که تمامی سیاست های خرد و کلان توسعه گردشگری در سطح کمتر از 05/0 معنادار هستند. بر اساس نتایج آزمون دو سیاست تقویت پیوندهای فرهنگی میان منطقه با استان های همجوار با میانگین 82/4 و تشکیل سایت اطلاعات گردشگری با میانگین 58/4 به عنوان مهمترین سیاست های کلان توسعه گردشگری و دو سیاست دیدگاه مثبت مدیران نسبت به ظرفیت گردشگری با میانگین 76/4 و تنوع مشاغل خدماتی با میانگین74/4 به عنوان مهمترین سیاست های خرد گردشگری شناخته شده اند. نتیجه رگرسیون نیز تایید نمود که در مجموع سیاست های کلان و خرد بررسی شده بیش از 71 درصد می توانند متغیر توسعه گردشگری را تبیین نمایند، اما سیاست های کلان تاثیرگذاری بیشتری نسبت به سیاست های خرد دارند.
