تبیین جامعه شناختی عوامل موثر بر مشارکت بانوان در ورزش همگانی شهر گرگان

ملخص المقالة :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین جامعه شناختی عوامل موثر بر مشارکت بانوان در ورزش همگانی در شهر گرگان انجام شد. این پژوهش دارای ماهیتی کیفی بوده که در آن از روش نظریه داده بنیاد استفاده گردید. جامعه آماری این مطالعه شامل ورزشکاران نخبه زن، مربیان و کارشناسان حوزه ورزش همگانی، متخصصین و اساتید تربیتبدنی و علومورزشی بود که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری گلوله برفی تعداد 15 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. به منظور اطمینان در خصوص پایایی دادههای به دست آمده از دو روش پایایی بازآزمون و پایایی بین دوکدگذار استفاده شد. تحلیل دادهها در سهمرحله کدگذاری باز، کدگذاری محوری و کدگذاری انتخابی انجام گردید. بر اساس تحلیلهای صورت گرفته 46 کد باز مستخرج شد که این کدها در 5 طبقه موانع شخصی، موانع خانوادگی، موانع امکاناتی و اقتصادی، موانع فرهنگی و موانع اجتماعی طبقهبندی شدند. با توجه به نتایج میتوان چنین نتیجهگیری کرد که بخشی از موانع مشارکت بانوان در ورزش همگانی مربوط به عوامل شخصی و بخشی دیگر مربوط به عوامل محیطی و اجتماعی است. به طور کلی میتوان گزارش نمود که افزایش آگاهی بانوان در خصوص فواید فعالیتهای بدنی و همچنین رفع برخی موانع فرهنگی، محیطی و اجتماعی زمینه لازم برای مشارکت بیشتر بانوان در ورزشهای همگانی را فراهم مینماید.
