کاربست تئوری انتخاب بر امیدواری، تاب آوری و بهزیستی روانشناختی در زنان مطلقه

ملخص المقالة :
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، کاربست تئوری انتخاب بر امیدواری، تابآوری و بهزیستی روانشناختی در زنان مطلقه شهر اهواز بود. جامعهآماری شامل کلیه زنان مطلقه شهر اهواز بود. نمونه پژوهش شامل 40 نفر بود که به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل (هر گروه 20 نفر)گمارده شدند. طرح پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بود. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش مقیاس امیدواری اشنایدر و همکاران (1991)، مقیاس تابآوری کانر و دویدسون (2003) و پرسشنامه بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف (1989) بود. گروه آزمایش، مداخله تئوری انتخاب شامل 8 جلسه گروهی 120 دقیقهای هفتگی را دریافت کردند؛ اما گروه کنترل مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. پس از یکماه و نیم مرحله پیگیری انجام شد. دادهها با استفاده از روش تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری و تکمتغیری تحلیل شد. نتایج نشانداد که کاربست تئوری انتخاب بر امیدواری، تابآوری و بهزیستی روانشناختی در زنان مطلقه اثربخش بود. این نتیجه در مرحله پیگیری نیز تداوم داشت.
