ملخص المقالة :
هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی، سطح بندی و اولویت بندی عوامل مرتبط با مدل مدیریت تنوع در سازمانهای دولتی ایران است. این پژوهش دارای رویکردی آمیخته (کیفی و کمی) است که از نظر هدف، توسعهای -کاربردی و از حیث ماهیت و روش، پیمایشی است. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات مراجعه به اسناد، مصاحبه با خبرگان و پرسشنامه بود که روایی و پایایی مصاحبه و پرسشنامه با درصد بالایی به تایید رسید. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل 22 نفر از اساتید دانشگاه و مدیران ارشد سازمانهای دولتی میباشد که به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند؛ در این پژوهش در بخش کیفی بهمنظور استخراج و تحلیل کدهای مربوط به مصاحبه با خبرگان از نرمافزار NVIVO ویراست 11 و بهمنظور سطحبندی و بررسی ارتباط بین مضامین تکنیک معادلات ساختاری تفسیری (ISM)، تحلیل میک مک و دیمتل به کار گرفته شد و نرمافزارهای EXCEL ویراست 2019 و SPSS ویراست 23 استفاده گردید. نتایج حاصل از کدگذاری باز دادههای کیفی گردآوری شده منجر به 101 کد اولیه، 26 مضمون پایه و 10 مضمون سازماندهنده می باشد. همچنین نتایج نشان میدهد مدل مدیریت تنوع در سازمانهای دولتی شامل چهار سطح میباشد. تأثیرپذیرترین مضامین به ترتیب سیاستهای عملی مدیریت، توجه به قضاوت اجتماعی و مدیریت کیفیت سازمان بود و هدفگذاری استراتژیک تأثیرگذارترین مضمون بوده است. نتایج تحلیل دیمتل مضامین سازماندهنده مدل مدیریت تنوع نشان میدهد مضمون سازماندهنده توسعه مسیر شغلی کارکنان با اهمیتترین مضمون سازماندهنده و مضمون سازماندهنده توجه به قضاوت اجتماعی تأثیرپذیرترین مضمون سازماندهنده بودهاند.
