پیشنهاد مدل چندهدفه مسیریابی و مکانیابی در حالت زنجیرهتأمین سبز و پایدار

ملخص المقالة :
در یک شبکه زنجیره تامین، اجرای یک سیستم مدیریت صحیح در فرآیند ارسال کالا میتواند با بهبود جریان انتقال محصولات منجر به کاهش هزینهها و افزایش رضایت مشتریان گردد. ازاینرو در این پژوهش، یک مدل ریاضی چندهدفه جهت بهینهسازی مسئله مسیریابی وسایل نقلیه با مکانیابی انبار در زنجیره تأمین سبز که همزمان عملیات دریافت و تحویل کالا، ارائه و حل گردید. محدودیتهای اصلی در نظر گرفته شده در این مدل عبارتاند از ظرفیت تولیدکنندهها، ظرفیت خودروها، انتخاب خودرو بر اساس معیارهای زنجیره تأمین سبز، مسیریابی خودرو و مکانیابی انبار تقاطعی جهت کمینهسازی هزینهها و مصرف سوخت و کاهش آلودگی میباشد. در این مسئله کالاهایی که از تأمینکنندگان دریافت میشود، پس از دستهبندی در انبار تقاطعی به مشتریان در مسیر تحویل میشود و یا در صورت لزوم بهطور مستقیم به مشتریان تحویل داده شود. فرض بر آن است که برداشت و تحویل محصول در یک مسیر مجاز میباشد و یک افق برنامهریزی برای دریافت محصولات در فرابارانداز نیز وجود دارد. بهطورکلی هدف مدل بدست آوردن تعیین بهترین مسیر در حالت زنجیره تأمین سبز و تعداد بهینه وسیله نقلیه مورد استفاده در شبکه توزیع میباشد به نحوی که کل هزینه عملیاتی و جابجایی در حداقل ممکن باشد. مدل ارائه شده با استفاده از نرم افزار گمز و روش معیار جامع صحهگذاری و اعتبار سنجی شد و نتایج بدست آمده متناسب با مقالات ارائه شده در این حوزه کارا ارزیابی شده و به نسبت مقالات مشابه بهبود حاصل شده است.
