ارزیابی و عارضهیابی شبکه توزیع در زنجیره تامین محصولات لبنی (شبکه توزیع شیر شرکت مورد مطالعه)

ملخص المقالة :
در بازار رقابتی امروز به اعتقاد بسیاری از صاحبنظران، رقابت از سطح شرکتها به رقابت میان زنجیره تأمین آنها کشیده شده است. کارایی زنجیره تامین به عوامل متعددی بستگی دارد. موفقیت زنجیره توزیع غالباً به چگونگی انجام وظایف اعضای این زنجیره در جهت رسیدن به اهداف مشترک بستگی دارد. در این میان توزیعکنندگان به عنوان یکی از اعضای اصلی و رابط بین تولیدکننده و مشتریان نقش کلیدی در مدیریت زنجیره تأمین و به طور خاص در جمعآوری اطلاعات بازاریابی، کاهش عدم قطعیت تقاضا و بهبود رضایت مشتریان دارند. در صنایع لبنی به دلایل مختلف و وجود حساسیتهای گوناگون از جمله نرخ فسادپذیری سریع و بالا، نقش تامینکننده کلیدیتر میباشد. لذا هدف این پژوهش، ارزیابی و آسیبشناسی شبکه توزیع شیر از صنایع لبنی میباشد. در این راستا، نخست با رویکرد مدل اسکور در سه سطح به ارزیابی شبکه توزیع شیر پرداخته شده است. بعد از آن شاخصهای ارزیابی شبکه توزیع شناسایی شده و متناسب با آنها، عارضههای شبکه توزیع مورد مطالعه شناسایی شدند. مهمترین عارضه شناسایی شده در شبکه توزیع شیر، توزیع شیر نزدیک به تاریخ انقضای آنها بوده است. در مرحله بعد، علل عارضههای شبکه توزیع شیر شناسایی و دستهبندی شدند که مهمترین آنها طبق روش AHP، نبود سیستم نظارت مناسب بر شبکه توزیع و خطاهای انسانی در انتقال اطلاعات میباشد.
