رتبه بندی عوامل مؤثر بر نوآوری در موسسه مطالعات و پژوهش های بازرگانی

تغییرات بسیار پر شتاب در نیازهای عمومی از یک سو و لزوم تغییرات پرشتاب در محصولات، خدمات و فرآیندها از سوی دیگر شرایطی را به وجود آورده است که نوآوری به نام مهمترین عامل رقابت پذیری سازمانی بیان شده است. از این دیدگاه یک راه کمک به این سازمان ها تدوین سیاست های حمایت گر از نوآوری می باشد، اولین گام در تدوین سیاستهای مناسب برای حمایت از نوآوری در مؤسسات ، بررسی عوامل مؤثر و محرک نوآوری و همچنین چگونگی تاُثیر این عوامل بر سازمان می باشد که می تواند نوآوری و خلاقیت را در سازمان تحت تاُثیر خواه مثبت یا منفی قرار دهد. از این رو هدف ما در این مقاله رتبه بندی این عوامل مؤثر می باشد، که باعث تقویت وتبیین نوآوری و خلاقیت در سازمان می شود. یافته های این پژوهش نشان داده که همه ی متغیرهای مؤثر بر نوآوری از جمله، رهبری، ساختار سازمانی مناسب، افراد کلیدی، آموزش و توسعه کارمندان، درگیری همه جانبه با نوآوری، تیم سازی، جو خلاق، تمرکز خارجی، ارتباطات گسترده و یادگیری سازمانی ارتباط مثبت و معنی داری را با نوآوری در سازمان مورد نظر دارد. در پایان نتایج حاصل از تکنیک تاپسیس فازی حاکی از آن بود که متغیر افراد کلیدی دارای اهمیت بیشتری در بین متغیرهاست.
