مدل اخلاق حرفه ای معطوف به بهبود روابط کار در بین کارکنان شرکت فولاد مبارکه اصفهان

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی مدل اخلاق حرفهای معطوف به بهبود روابط کار کارکنان شرکت فولاد مبارکه اصفهان به اجرا در آمد. روش پژوهش از لحاظ جمع آوری اطلاعات پیمایشی واز نظربررسی اجزاء مدل همبستگی وجامعه آماری آن کلیه کارکنان زن و مرد به تعداد 5000 نفر بود که با روش نمونهگیری خوشهای تصادفی و با کمک فرمول کوکران 357 نفر از آنان انتخاب و به منظور جمعآوری دادههای پژوهش در بین آنان پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بهبود روابط کارتوزیع شد. پایایی ابزار از طریق آلفای کرونباخ 96/0و ضرایب همبستگی اسپیرمن-براون و گاتمن بهترتیب97/0و96/0 بهدست آمد. روایی سازه پرسشنامه با کمک تحلیل عاملی محاسبه وتأیید شد. دادهها پس ازجمعآوری با استفاده از t تک نمونه ای، آزمون فریدمن و تحلیل واریانس چندراهه و با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSSنسخه19 وAmos تحلیل شد. یافتههای بهدست آمده با سطح معناداری 001/0=p نشان داد که رعایت اخلاق حرفهای (422/60=t) و ابعاد آن در بهبود روابط کار نقشی بالاتر از حد متوسط(میانگین فرضی3) داشته است. نمرات نقش اخلاق حرفهای در بهبود روابط کار بر حسب متغیرهای وضعیت تأهل و محل کار معنیدار بوده است. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی که با نرم افزار Amos انجام گرفت نشان داد بیشترین و کمترین ضریب تأثیر بتا به ترتیب مربوط به ارتباط آزاد اندیشی و کمک کردن به دیگران با اخلاق حرفهای در بهبود روابط کار میباشد. بهطورکلی ارتباط بین کلیه ابعاد با اخلاق حرفهای برحسب شاخص های برازش مدل معنیدار بوده است. بعد از تأیید مدل تحلیل عاملی به وسیله معادلات ساختاری، مدل پیشنهادی نیز مورد تأیید قرار گرفت.
