ملخص المقالة :
انتخاب جایگاه مناسب برای استقرار ماشینهای خودپرداز جدید یکی از مباحث مهم در صنعت بانکداری الکترونیکی به شمار میآید. علم مکانیابی همواره به دنبال ارائه روشها و تکنیکهای بهینهی تعیین و انتخاب مکان فعالیت بنگاهها است. با استفاده از تصمیمگیری چند معیاره میتوان انتظار داشت که مکان معرفیشده، کلیه معیارهای موردنظر را به نسبت وزنی که دارند ارضا کند. همچنین استفاده از منطق فازی در تصمیمگیری، مسأله عدم قطعیت و عدم دقت مرتبط با آگاهی تصمیمگیرنده در اختصاص دادن وزن دقیق به معیارها را حل کرده است. مطالعه حاضر با استفاده از ترکیب رویکردهای تصمیمگیری چند معیاره در محیط فازی به ارائه مدل نوینی در مکانیابی دستگاههای خودپرداز بانک قرضالحسنه مهر ایران در شهر کرمان پرداخته است. معیارهای تصمیمگیری بر اساس مطالعات مشابه استخراج گردید و توسط کارشناسان بانک قرضالحسنه مهر ایران شهر کرمان با روش اولویتبندی فازی وزن دهی شد. پسازآن با استفاده از روش تئوری گراف و رویکرد ماتریسی فازی، محدودهها رتبهبندی شدند.
