ملخص المقالة :
هدف از پژوهش حاضر ط تبیین مدل پارادایمی رفتارهای ضدبهره ورانه در هیئتهای ورزشی میباشد. پژوهش حاضر ازلحاظ هدف کاربردی، ازنظر شیوه گردآوری دادهها توصیفی- پیمایشی بود. در بخش اول (کیفی) برای انجام مصاحبه میدانی، جامعه آماری پژوهش، اساتید برجسته حوزه مدیریت ورزشی متخصص در حوزه رفتار سازمانی و همچنین برخی از مدیران هیئتهای ورزشی استان گلستان که دارای تحصیلات دکتری بودند که این افراد، بهصورت هدفمند برای مصاحبههای کیفی در موضوع پژوهش انتخاب گردید (16 مصاحبه با 16 نفر و تا حد اشباع نظری ادامه یافت) و در بخش دوم (کمی) بعد از گردآوری اطلاعات حاصل از پژوهش کیفی، اقدام به ساخت پرسشنامه نموده و این پرسشنامه (66 گویه و در قالب 22 مؤلفه) در بین مدیران و کارکنان هیئتهای ورزشی استان گلستان. بهصورت تصادفی توزیع گردید (110 نمونه). از نرمافزار Max QDA نسخه Pro بهمنظور تحلیل مصاحبهها و استخراج کدهای پژوهش استفاده شد. برای بررسی و پاسخ به سؤالات پژوهش و رسم و تدوین مدل اندازهگیری و مدل ساختاری از نرمافزارهای SPSS نسخه 24، Smart PLS نسخه 0/2 استفاده شد... بر اساس نتایج تحلیل دادههای کیفی حاصل از مصاحبهها، مدل پارادایمی رفتارهای ضدبهرهورانه در هیئتهای ورزشی حاوی 28 مقوله در قالب ابعاد ششگانه شامل موجبات علی (چهار مقوله)، پدیدة اصلی (چهار مقوله)، راهبرد (هفت مقوله)، عوامل زمینهای (سه مقوله)، شرایط مداخلهگر (دو مقوله) و پیامد (هشت مقوله) بوده است.
