ملخص المقالة :
هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و تبیین عوامل موثر بر کمال گرایی در مدیران، مربیان و ورزشکاران حرفه ای کشور بود. پژوهش حاضر از نظر ماهیت کاربردی و از نظر روش تحلیل توصیفی-اکتشافی و در روش پیمایشی قابل حصول بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش در بخش کیفی شامل کلیه خبرگان دانشگاه در زمینه رفتار سازمانی و در بخش کمی شامل کلیه ورزشکاران، مربیان و مدیران ورزش حرفه ای کشور بود.نمونه آماری در بخش کمی با استفاده از جدول مورگان 353 نفر تعیین گردید که پس از برگشت 374 پرسشنامه بدون خدشه مشاهده شدتجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در بخش کیفی با استفاده از روش تحلیل مصاحبه و در بخش کمی با استفاده از روش های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی و با کمک نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 21 و AMOS مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج آزمون فریدمن نشان داد که با توجه به میانگین رتبهها، متغیر عوامل موثر فردی دارای بالاترین رتبه، و متغیر محیطی، بین فردی و سازمانی دارای کمترین رتبه در بین متغیرها می باشد. یافته ها نشان داد که مدل عوامل موثر بر کمال گرایی در مدیران، مربیان و ورزشکاران حرفه ای کشور دارای برازش مطلوب بود. همچنین یافته ها نشان داد که بین میزان کمال گرایی مدیران، مربیان و ورزشکاران حرفه ای کشور تفاوت معنی داری وجود ندارد.
