اثربخشی آموزش مهارتهای ارتباطی با تاکید بر آموزههای دین اسلام بر رضایت زناشویی و طلاق عاطفی همسران خانوادههای ایثارگر شهرستان زاهدان

ملخص المقالة :
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف اثربخشی آموزش مهارتهای ارتباطی با تاکید بر آموزههای دین اسلام بر رضایت زناشویی و طلاق عاطفی همسران خانوادههای ایثارگر شهرستان زاهدان انجام شد.
روش: روش پژوهش نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با گروه گواه و جامعه آماری متشکل از همسران خانوادههای ایثارگر شهرستان زاهدان در سال ۱۴۰۰ بود. 30 نفر با روش نمونهگیری در درسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در گروههای آزمایش و گواه گمارده شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل مقیاس رضایت زناشویی (انریچ، ۱۹۹۸) و طلاق عاطفی (گاتمن، 1998) بود. برنامه آموزش مهارتهای ارتباطی با تاکید بر آموزههای دین اسلام به صورت هفتگی دوبار طی ۸ جلسه ۵/۱ ساعته به گروه آزمایش، ارائه شد و گروه کنترل آموزشی را دریافت نکرد. دادهها با استفاده از آزمونهای کایدو و تحلیل کوواریانس در نرمافزار آماری SPSS26 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافتهها: تحلیلها نشان داد که بین دو گروه به لحاظ متغیرهای جمعیت شناختی سن، تحصیلات و اشتغال تفاوت معنیداری وجود ندارد (05/0<p). نتایج دیگر نشان داد که آموزش مهارتهای ارتباطی با تاکید بر آموزههای دین اسلام در افزایش نمرات رضایت از زندگی (001/0>p، ۳۴۱/۵۴F=) و کاهش نمرات طلاق عاطفی (001/0>p، ۱۶۶/۱۵F=) همسران خانوادههای ایثارگر مؤثر بود.
نتیجهگیری: آموزش مهارتهای ارتباطی با تاکید بر آموزههای دین اسلام به عنوان یک مداخله کارآمد در جهت بهبود رضایت از زندگی و طلاق عاطفی در همسران خانوادههای ایثارگر مورد استفاده گیرد.
