ملخص المقالة :
هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی راهبردهای مدیریت هیجان مبتنی بر رویکرد زوج درمانی هیجان مدار بر رضایت جنسی و الگوهای ارتباطی در زنان متأهل بود. پژوهش حاضر نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل و دوره پیگیری دو ماهه بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی زنان متأهل شاغل در اداره آموزش و پرورش شهر تبریز در سال 1401 بود. نمونه این پژوهش شامل 30 نفر از افراد نمونه بود که تمایل به شرکت در پژوهش را داشتند و به صورت نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. سپس، از میان نمونه پژوهش بطور تصادفی 15 نفر در گروه گواه و 15 نفر در گروه مداخله (راهبردهای مدیریت هیجان مبتنی بر رویکرد زوج درمانی هیجان مدار) جایگزین شدند. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه رضایت جنسی هادسون و همکاران (1981) (ISS) و الگوهای ارتباطی کریستیسن و همکاران (1984) (CPQ) جمع آوری شد. مداخله راهبردهای مدیریت هیجان مبتنی بر رویکرد زوج درمانی هیجان مدار طی 9 جلسه 40 دقیقه ای هفته ای یکبار انجام شد؛ اما گروه گواه هیچ مداخله ای را دریافت نکردند. داده های پژوهش، به روش تحلیل واریانس آمیخته (بااندازه گیری مکرر) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که اثر بخشی راهبردهای مدیریت هیجان مبتنی بر رویکرد زوج درمانی هیجان مدار بر رضایت جنسی و الگوهای ارتباطی معنادار بود (05/0>p). با توجه به یافته های پژوهش حاضر نتیجه گیری می شود راهبردهای مدیریت هیجان مبتنی بر رویکرد زوج درمانی هیجان مدار بر رضایت جنسی و الگوهای ارتباطی در زنان متأهل موثر است.
