نقش تنظیم هیجان و خودکارآمدی در پیش بینی رفتار خوردن در زنان چاق میانسال

رفتار خوردن، یک اصطلاح کلی است که نگرش فرد و ارتباط آن را با خوردن و غذا توصیف می کند و نتیجه عوامل محیطی، فیزیولوژیکی و روانشناختی می باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مطالعه پیش بینی رفتار خوردن بر اساس تنظیم هیجان و خودکارآمدی در زنان چاق انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف بنیادی و از لحاظ شیوه گردآوری داده ها توصیفی از نوع همبستگی از بود که اطلاعات لازم از طریق پرسشنامه های رفتار خوردن داچ(1986)، تنظیم هیجان گراس(2003)، خودکارآمدی شرر(1982) و اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی گردآوری شد. از طریق نمونه گیری در دسترس، طبق فرمول گرین (1991)، تعداد 100 نفر از زنان چاق 35 تا 50 سال با شاخص توده بدنی بالای 30 که در بهار و تابستان 98 به مراکز رژیم درمانی و باشگاه های ورزشی شهرستان فردیس مراجعه کرده بودند، انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامه ها را تکمیل کردند. داده ها توسط نرم افزار آماری SPSS نسخه 22 و با استفاده از روش تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیری روش گام به گام مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان دادند که بین تنظیم هیجان با رفتار خوردن رابطه معناداری وجود ندارد. ضمن اینکه بین خودکارآمدی با رفتار خوردن رابطۀ منفی و معناداری با قبول خطای کمتر از 1/0 درصد (001/0>P) وجود دارد. در بین مؤلفههای خودکارآمدی، بیشترین نقش متعلّق به زیر مقیاس "میل به آغازگری رفتار" بود و نقش زیر مقیاس "متفاوت در رویارویی با موانع" و زیرمقیاس "میل به گسترش تلاش" به ترتیب در مرتبۀ دوم و سوم است. در نتیجه می توان گفت، عوامل خودکارآمدی از عوامل موثر بر چاقی هستند و توجه به این متغییرها در برنامه های پیشگیری و درمان چاقی توصیه می شود.
