اثربخشی زوج درمانی سیستمی- سازهگرا بر افزایش رضایتمندی زناشویی زنان مبتلا به سرطان سینه

ملخص المقالة :
هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی زوج درمانی سیستمی- سازه گرا بر رضایت مندی زناشویی زنان مبتلا به سرطان سینه بود. نمونه پژوهش شامل 30 نفر از زنان مبتلا به سرطان سینه مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان امام حسین (ع) تهران در سال 1395 بود که به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند، گروه کنترل هیچ نوع مداخله ی درمانی را دریافت نکردند. طرح پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون – پس آزمون همراه با گروه کنترل بود. ابزار پژوهش شامل "مقیاس رضایت زناشویی انریچ" بود. داده های جمع آوری شده در نرم افزار اس پی اس اس ورژن 22 وارد گردید و با روش آماری تحلیل واریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته های حاصل نشان داد که آموزش زوج درمانی سیستمی- سازه گرا به طور معناداری بر افزایش رضایت زناشویی اثربخش بوده است (01/0p<). با توجه به یافته های بدست آمده از پژوهش حاضر می توان نتیجه گرفت: زوج درمانی سیستمی – سازه گرا بر افزایش رضایت زناشویی زنان مبتلا به سرطان سینه مؤثر می باشد.
