اثربخشی آموزش مهارت جرات ورزی بر کاهش پرخاشگری و عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی در دانش آموزان دختر دوره دوم متوسطه شهر سراب

ملخص المقالة :
هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی آموزش مهارت جرات ورزی بر کاهش پرخاشگری و عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی در دانش آموزان دختر دوره متوسطه دوم شهر سراب بود.روش پژوهش، شبه آزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه این پژوهش متشکل از کلیه دانش آموزان دختر دوره متوسطه دوم شهر سراب بوده است.روش نمونه گیری به صورت در دسترس و داوطلبانه بود. آزمودنیهای هر دو گروه آزمایشی و کنترل در دو مرحله پیش آزمون و پس آزمون به پرسشنامه پرخاشگری باس و پری (1992)و مقیاس عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی فریستون و همکاران(1994) پاسخ دادند. گروه آزمایشی بعد از مرحله پیش آزمون در طی 8 جلسه آموزشی در کلاس های برنامه آموزش جرات ورزی شرکت کردند وگروه کنترل هیچ مداخله ای دریافت نکرد. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده از اجرای آزمون آماری مانکوآ ، مداخله آموزشی مبتنی بر جرات ورزی باعث کاهش معنی دار نمرات پرخاشگری و عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی شد. اندازه اثر بدست آمده برای این مداخله در متغیر پرخاشگری برابر 06/0 و برای متغیر عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی برابر 02/0 بود. بر این اساس آموزش مهارت جرات ورزی می تواند به عنوان یک روش مداخله ای موثر برای کاهش پرخاشگری و عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی به کار رود.
