تأثیر دمای آب حامل در کارآیی گلایفوسیت به صورت خالص و مخلوط با مویان پی سی گیت در کنترل علف های هرز زمستانه

درجه حرارت آب حامل از عوامل محیطی است که نقش مهمی در کارآیی علف کش ها دارد. بدین منظور آزمایش برون گلخانه ای با شش دُز مختلف از تیمار علف کشی گلایفوسیت (رانداپ) به صورت خالص و مخلوط با مویان پی سی گیت در کنترل علف های هرز کیسه کشیش (Capsella bursa-pastoris L)، خردل وحشی (Sinapis arvensis L) و خاکشیرمعمولی (Descurainia sophia L) در دانشگاه لُرستان به اجرا درآمد. آزمایش به صورت دُز-پاسخ در پنج تیمار دمایی 5، 20، 30، 45 و 55 درجه سلسیوس بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار بود. نتایج نشان داد کاربرد تیمار دمایی و دُزهای مختلف علف کش گلایفوسیت بر وزن خشک هر سه علف هرز کیسه کشیش، خردل وحشی و خاکشیر معمولی معنی دار بود (P<0.01). مطابق مقادیر هر یک از EC10، EC50 و EC90 مربوط به دماهای مختلف محلول سم پاشی علف کش گلایفوسیت، بهترین درجه حرارت محلول سم پاشی جهت افزایش کارآیی گلایفوسیت، دمای 30 و 45 درجه سلسیوس بودند که اختـلاف معنی دار با یکـدیگر نداشـتند. دمای پایین یعنی 5 درجه سلسیوس به طور معنی داری منجر به کاهش کارآیی تمامی دُزهای حداقل و حداکثر علف کش گلایفوسیت شد. درجه حرارت 20 و 55 درجۀ سلسیوس دارای تأثیر متوسطی در کارایی دُزهای مختلف گلایفوسیت بودند. استفاده از مویان پی سی گیت به طور معنی داری منجر به کاهش مقادیر EDها (افزایش کارآیی علف کش گلایفوسیت) در تمام سطوح درجه حرارتی شد. بنابراین، بهترین دامنه درجه حرارتی برای حصول کارآیی مطلوب علف کش گلایفوسیت، دمای بین 20 ≤ و 45 ≥ درجه سلسیوس بود. دُز کاربردی 2050 گرم مـادۀ مـؤثره در هکتار به همراه مویان پی سی گیت نیز به عنوان بهترین تیمار علف کشی جهت کنترل علف های هرز زمستانه شناخته شد.
