بررسی نقش سرمایه‌ی فرهنگی در گرایش به کارهای دولتی با توجه به زمینه‌های اقتصادی، خانوادگی و اجتماعی

ملخص المقالة :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش سرمایه فرهنگی در گرایش به کارهای دولتی با توجه به زمینه‌های اقتصادی، خانوادگی و اجتماعی انجام گردید. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی است و جامعه‌ی مورد مطالعه 384 نفر از کارکنان شاغل در بخش دولتی و غیر دولتی در شهر تهران بودند که بر اساس نمونه گیری خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامه‌ی مورد استفاده در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه‌ی ترکیبی استفاده شده است، که بخش اول از پرسشنامه‌ی سرمایه‌ی فرهنگی بوردیو( تجدیدنظر شده بر اساس پژوهش) و بخش دوم از پرسشنامه‌ی پژوهشگر ساخته‌ی گرایش به مشاغل دولتی و زمینه‌های خانوادگی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی تشکیل شده است. یافته‌های به دست آمده از پرسشنامه‌های پژوهش توسط نرم افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج به دست آمده حاکی از آن بود که سرمایه فرهنگی نهادی در اولویت اول، سرمایه فرهنگی عینیت یافته در اولویت دوم، زمینه‌ی اقتصادی در اولویت سوم، زمینه‌ی خانوادگی در اولویت چهارم، زمینه‌ی اجتماعی در اولویت پنجم و سرمایه‌ی فرهنگی تجسم یافته در اولویت ششم تاثیرگذاری بر گرایش به کارهای دولتی قرار گرفته‌اند. بنابراین می‌توان گفت که سرمایه‌ی فرهنگی نهادی و عینیت یافته اثرات مستقیم و غیر مستقیم بیشتری بر گرایش به مشاغل دولتی دارند.
