بررسی میزان شیوع سارکوسیستیس در گوسفندان کشتاری شهرستان خوی بهروش ماکروسکوپی و میکروسکوپی

ملخص المقالة :
سارکوسیستیس تکیاخته انگلی درونسلولی اجباری است که میتواند موجب اختلالات گوارشی در گوسفندان و خسارات هنگفت مالی در صنعت دامداری گردد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین میزان شیوع عفونت سارکوسیستیس در گوسفندان کشتاری در کشتارگاه شهرستان خوی انجام شد. برای این منظور لاشه 204 رأس از گوسفندان کشتاری از نظر وجود ماکروکیست با مشاهده چشمی و سپس بهروش میکروسکوپی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بر اساس نتایج حاصله 12 رأس (88/5 درصد) از لاشهها به ماکروکیست آلوده بود. در بررسی میکروسکوپی 87 رأس (65/42 درصد) از گوسفندان آلوده تشخیص داده شدند. تحلیل دادهها بیانگر وجود اختلاف معنیدار آماری بین میزان آلودگی در ردههای سنی مختلف بود و میزان آلودگی با افزایش سن بیشتر میشد (05/0p < )، در حالیکه میزان آلودگی مستقل از جنس بود. همچنین اختلاف آماری معنیداری بین میزان آلودگی در عضلات مختلف وجود داشت (05/0 p < ) و بیشترین میکروکیست در عضلات اسکلتی (80/90 درصد) و کمترین میکروسیست در عضلات قلب (88/29 درصد) مشاهده شد. این مطالعه اهمیت و ضرورت ارزیابی میکروسکوپی را در تشخیص آلودگی ساکوسیستیس در لاشههای گوسفندی نشان داد.
