مطالعه میزان آلودگی، مقاومت آنتیبیوتیکی، تولید بیوفیلم و وجود ژن TSST-1 در جدایههای استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس

ملخص المقالة :
هدف این مطالعه بررسی میزان آلودگی شیر خام و فرآوردههای لبنی سنتی استان آذربایجانغربی با استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس و ارزیابی وجود ژن مولد زهرابه TSST-1، الگوی مقاومت آنتیبیوتیکی و قابلیت تولید بیوفیلم در جدایههای این باکتریبود. برای این منظور 80 نمونه شیر خام و فرآوردههای آن (شامل پنیر، خامه و کشک سنتی) بههمراه 20 نمونه سواب بینی تولیدکنندگان این محصولات با روش تصادفی طبقهای جمعآوری شد. نمونهها با استفاده از روشهای متداول کشت، جداسازی و شناسایی گردیدند و سپس وجود ژن TSST-1 با استفاده از PCR ارزیابی شد. بر اساس نتایج مطالعه، 35 نمونه آلوده به استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس بودند که از این بین ژن TSST-1 در 1 نمونه پنیر و 2 نمونه سواب بینی ردیابی گردید. یافتههای مقاومت آنتیبیوتیکی نشان داد اکثر جدایههای استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس نسبت به آنتیبیوتیکهای پنیسیلین، ونکومایسین و متیسیلین مقاوم و نسبت به کوتریموکسازول، جنتامایسین، ریفامپین، اگزاسیلین و سفولوتین حساس بودند. همچنین تولید بیوفیلم در 85/2، 15/17 و 80 درصد جدایهها بهترتیب زیاد، متوسط و کم برآورد گردید. فراوانی بالای آلودگی به استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس و وجود سویههای دارای ژن حدت TSST-1 در بین آنها، همچنین مقاومت بالا به آنتیبیوتیک مختلف و قابلیت تولید بیوفیلم، بیانگر مخاطره بهداشتی در ارتباط با مصرف فرآوردههای لبنی سنتی است.
