اثرات استفاده از گیاهان پونه و آویشن شیرازی بر خصوصیات رشد و صفات لاشه و بار میکروبی روده در جوجههای گوشتی

ملخص المقالة :
اخیراً استفاده از گیاهان داروئی بهعنوان محرک رشد، اشتهاآور، افزایشدهنده سطح ایمنی و نیز با داشتن خاصیت ضدمیکروبی، در صنعت پرورش طیور مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. به این منظور تأثیر مکمل سازی دو گیاه آویشن شیرازی و پونه بر خصوصیات رشد، وضعیت لاشه و بار میکروبی روده جوجههای گوشتی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. این مطالعه در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 120 قطعه جوجه گوشتی سویه راس در 4 تیمار و 3 تکرار (هر تکرار 10 قطعه) انجام شد. رژیم غذایی در تیمارها عبارت از تیمار1، 2، 3 و 4 به ترتیب حاوی جیره کارگاه پرورش بدون استفاده از این گیاهان، حاوی پودر پونه به میزان 2 درصد وزن جیره، حاوی آویشن به میزان 2 درصد وزن جیره، حاوی آویشن به میزان 2 درصد وزن جیره به علاوه پونه به میزان 2 درصد وزن جیره بود. طول دوره 42 روز بود و هر هفته وزنگیری انجام شد. همچنین در پایان دوره نیز وزن کلی لاشه، وزن ران ، وزن سینه و بار میکروبی روده اندازهگیری گردیده و نتایج با استفاده از آزمون آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه و آزمون تعقیبی دانکن در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد مورد تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که در وزن کلی لاشه، وزن ران و وزن سینه در هیچیک از گروه های مورد آزمایش تفاوت آماری معنیداری دیده نشد، اما تعداد کلی باکتریهای روده در اثر استفاده از این دو مکمل به شکل معنیداری کاهش یافت (05/0>p) به طوری که بیشترین میزان بار میکروبی در گروه شاهد دیده شد. بنابراین باید گفت که استفاده از مکملهای پونه و آویشن در جوجهها بار میکروبی را کاهش میدهد، لذا با جایگزینی آنها میتوان تولید ارگانیک و ایمن را انتظار داشت.
