ملخص المقالة :
سالمونلوزیسیکیازمهم ترینبیماری هایمشترک بینانسانوحیواناتمی باشد.استفادهاز انواعآنتی بیوتیک هاراهکار اصلی ومهمبرایکاهشمیزانبروزوتلفاتمرتبطباعفونت هایسالمونلاییاست،امامصرفنادرستوبی رویهآن هادرمزارعطیورصنعتیممکناستمنجربه پیدایشمقاومت های آنتی بیوتیکیودرنتیجهناکارآمدیداروهایضدمیکروبیشود.همچنین،انتقالسویه هایمقاومبهآنتی بیوتیک هابهانسانازطریقزنجیرهغذایی هممی تواندتهدیدیبرایبهداشتعمومیباشد.لذا هدفازاینمطالعهتعیینگروهسرمیوالگویمقاومتآنتی بیوتیکیدر سالمونلاهایجداشدهاز8گله طیور تخم گذاردر منطقه تبریزبود.بدین منظور پس از جداسازی سالمونلا از نمونه های مختلف طیور تخمگذار صنعتی، جدایه هابااستفادهازآنتی سرم هایاختصاصیازنظرگروهسرمیو سپسبه روشانتشاردیسک در آگار (Kirby-Bauer)ازنظرمقاومتنسبتبه 6 نوع آنتی بیوتیکرایجدرصنعتمرغداری کشور ایران(انروفلوکساسین، فلورفنیکل،فسفومایسین،لینکوسپکتین،سولتریموداکسی سایکلین)و 6 نوع آنتی بیوتیک مورد مصرفانسانی (جنتامایساین ،کوآموکسیکلاو،سیپروفلوکساسین، سفالکسین،سفوتاکسیموسفتری آکسون)بررسیشدند. از مجموع 96 نمونه مورد آزمایش، تعداد16 جدایهسالمونلا شناسائی گردید که 10 جدایهمتعلق به گروه سرمی D بودند ولی 6 جدایه در هیچ یک از گروه های سرمی مورد آزمایش قرار نداشتند. همچنینهمهجدایه ها نسبتبهجنتامایسین وفسفومایسینحساسبودند وبیشترینمیزانمقاومت هم دربرابرداکسیسایکلین با فراوانی35/83 درصد مشاهدهشد.شیوع نسبتاًبالایمقاومتداروییدرمیانسالمونلاهایجداشدهازطیور تخم گذار صنعتی نشاندادکهتجویزآنتی بیوتیک هابایدبااحتیاط و دقتبیشتریصورتگیرد.
