ملخص المقالة :
وجود کبالت برای ساخت ویتامین B12 توسط میکروفلور شکمبه در نشخوارکنندگان ضروری است. لاغری و کم خونی از مهم ترین عواقب کمبود آن می باشند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط بین مقادیر کبالت، آهن، روی و منگنز خاک و علوفه با همدیگر و همچنین با سطوح سرمی کبالت، روی و ویتامین B12 گوسفندان لاغر و طبیعی شهرستان رامهرمز انجام گرفت. بدین منظور تعداد ۸ نمونهء خاک و ۸ نمونهء علوفه از 4 منطقهء رامهرمز اخذ شد. آنالیز نمونه های خاک و علوفه انجام شد. در ادامه از گوسفندان مناطق با مقدار کبالت علوفه بیشتر و کم تر از 07/0 میکروگرم/کیلوگرم علوفه خشک، به ترتیب از 25 رأس (15 رأس لاغر و 10 رأس طبیعی) و 43 رأس (28 رأس لاغر و 15 رأس طبیعی) خون گیری شده و مقادیر سرمی کبالت، روی، ویتامین B12 و برخی شاخص های هماتولوژیک بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد که مقدار کبالت علوفه در 2 منطقه پلیم (02/0±052/0 میلی گرم/کیلوگرم علوفه خشک) و لرکی آباد (00/0±054/0 میلی گرم/کیلوگرم علوفه خشک) از مقدار استاندارد آن پایین تر بود. همچنین بین مقادیر سرمی کبالت، روی و ویتامین B12 در گوسفندان لاغر و طبیعی، تفاوت آماری معنی داری مشاهده نشد. میانگین کلی آهن خاک رامهرمز (1333±15767 میلی گرم/کیلوگرم خاک) هم بالاتر از مقدار بحرانی بود. بالاترین مقادیر منگنز خاک نیز در مناطق لرکیآباد و پلیم، با کم ترین مقادیر کبالت علوفه همراه بود. ممکن است که مقادیر بالای منگنز و آهن خاک با اثرات شلاته کنندگی، سبب کاهش دسترسی زیستی کبالت علوفه از خاک شده باشد. همچنین وجود مقدار 05/0 میکروگرم کبالت در هر کیلوگرم علوفه ء خشک، می تواند مقادیر کافی سرمی از کبالت و ویتامین B12 برای گوسفندان منطقه را فراهم آورد.
