بررسی اثرات ترمیمی بوسولیک اسید بر عارضه تجربی نخاع در مدل حیوانی موش صحرایی

ملخص المقالة :
یکی از مشکلات درمانی بیماران تروماتیک، مشکلات مربوط به نخاع است که منجر به ناتوانیهای طولانی مدت می گردد. در حال حاضر، درمانی مؤثر برای این بیماری وجود ندارد و نیاز به درمانهای جدید و مؤثر برای ترمیم مجروحیت نخاعی احساس میشود. در سالهای اخیر، محصولات طبیعی، ازجمله بوسولیک اسید، بهعنوان مواد درمانی در بیماریهای مختلف مورد بررسی قرارگرفتهاند. در این مطالعه 12 موش نر ویستار با وزن میانگین 250 گرم در دو گروه با جمعیت 6 موش تقسیم شدند. گروه کنترل (spinal cord injury; SCI) که هیچ درمانی تا روز 56 بعد از ایجاد عارضه نخاعی دریافت نکرد و گروه بوسولیک اسید (BoA) که بهصورت روزانه مقدار mg/Kg 10 بوسولیک اسید بهصورت خوراکی تا روز 56 دریافت کرد. آزمونهای حرکتی باسو-بتی-برسناهان (Basso, Beattie and Bresnahan; BBB) برای ارزیابی بازیابی حرکتی موشها و تجزیهوتحلیل بافت نخاعی بهمنظور ارزیابی اثرات ترمیمی بوسولیک اسید انجام شد. درمان با بوسولیک اسید بهبود قابلتوجهی در بازیابی حرکتی موشها پس از صدمه نخاعی داشت. این پیشرفت با نمرهی بالاتر آزمونهای حرکتی باسو-بتی-برسناهان نشان داده شد (001/0>p). همچنین، نتایج حاصل از بررسی مقاطع بافتی نشاندهنده بهبود روند ترمیم، کاهش حجم عارضه و افزایش میلینه شدن رشته های عصبی در محل آسیب نخاعی در گروه دریافتکننده بوسیلیک اسید بهصورت معنیدار نسبت به گروه کنترل شد (001/0>p). نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که بوسولیک اسید اثرات ترمیمی در عارضه تجربی نخاع در مدل موش نژاد ویستار دارد و ممکن است بهعنوان یک عامل درمانی برای درمان صدمات نخاعی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
