اثربخشی آموزش پرتاب دارت از طریق خودگویی در نوآموزان مرد

هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش پرتاب دارت از طریق انواع خودگویی در نوآموزان مرد بود. بدین منظور 48 نوآموز مرد (میانگین سن 23 سال) با استفاده از روش تصادفی ساده از بین برنامه های آموزشی انجمن دارت شهرستان ارومیه انتخاب و در چهار گروه 12 نفره جای گرفتند. مداخلات آزمایشی برای گروه ها عبارت بودند از 1) گروه انتخاب مربی: خودگویی عبارت مرکز-هدف، 2)گروه انتخاب آزاد: خودگویی هر عبارتی که تمرکز و توجه را تقویت کند، 3)گروه انتخاب گزینشی: خودگویی یکی از گزینههای هدف-مرکز، هدف، مرکز، انگشت-مرکز، خال وسط و انگشت هدف و 4 گروه کنترل: بدون خودگویی. داده های گردآوری شده از پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس و آزمون تعقیبی LSD در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که پس از کنترل سطوح پیش آزمون، اثر اصلی گروه بر نمرات خطای عملکرد پرتاب دارت در پس آزمون معنادار است. مقایسه های تعقیبی نشان داد که خطای عملکرد در گروه گزینشی به طور معناداری پایین تر از سایر گروه هاست. همچنین، خطای عملکرد در گروه انتخاب آزاد پایین تر از گروه کنترل بود، اما با خطای عملکرد گروه انتخاب مربی تفاوت معناداری نداشت. علاوه براین، بین خطای عملکرد گروه انتخاب مربی و کنترل تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نگردید.یافته های پژوهش حاضر پیشنهاد می کند که آموزش مهارت های حرکتی از طریق خودگویی، به ویژه زمانی که نوآموزان مجاز به گزینش نشانه های کلامی باشند، اثربخشی آموزشی را بهبود می بخشد
