تأثیر رهبری ناب بر بهرهوری منابع انسانی با تأکید بر نقش میانجی سرمایه اجتماعی

ملخص المقالة :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل و ارزیابی اثر رهبری ناب بر بهرهوری منابع انسانی با تأکید بر نقش میانجی سرمایه اجتماعی انجام پذیرفت. این مطالعه ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و ازلحاظ روش و ماهیت جزء تحقیقات توصیفی- همبستگی است. در این پژوهش برای سنجش متغیرها از پرسشنامه استاندارد بهره گرفته شد که روایی و پایایی آن به ترتیب با استفاده از روش روایی صوری و آلفای کرونباخ تأیید گردید. جامعه آماری شرکتهای دانشبنیان شهرستان خرمآباد را شامل می شود که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری در دسترس و با کمک فرمول کوکران 197 نفر از کارکنان آنها بهعنوان اعضای نمونه انتخاب شدند. دادهها با استفاده از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و نرمافزارهای Amos و SPSS تحلیل گردید. نتایج نشان داد که در سطح اطمینان 95/0 رهبری ناب تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر سرمایه اجتماعی و بهرهوری منابع انسانی در شرکتهای دانشبنیان دارد. بهعلاوه تحلیل مسیر غیرمستقیم نشان میدهد که رهبری ناب از طریق متغیر میانجی سرمایه اجتماعی بر بهرهوری منابع انسانی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. ازاینرو بهعنوان یک نتیجه کلی میتوان عنوان کرد که با استفاده از قابلیتهای رهبری ناب همچون مهارتهای ارتباطی و انگیزشی میتوان در شکلدهی شبکههای ارتباطی و ایجاد شور و اشتیاق میان کارکنان تلاش نمود و با بهبود قابلیت اطمینان و اعتماد افراد، زمینه مناسبی را برای افزایش بهرهوری منابع انسانی ایجاد کرد.
