استراتژیهای مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز و عوامل مؤثر بر آن(مطالعه موردی صنعت تولید محصولات لبنی)

ملخص المقالة :
از آنجا که سبز سازی صنایع و کارمندان آنها نیازمند مدیریت و تعریف استراتژیهای مناسب درزمینۀ منابع انسانی است لزوم شناخت و توجه به استراتژیهای منابع انسانی و عوامل مؤثر بر آنها ضروری میباشد. هدف این پژوهش بررسی استراتژیهای مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز و عوامل مؤثر بر آن در صنعت تولید محصولات لبنی بود. پژوهش ازنظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی – همبستگی میباشد. جامعه آماری، شامل مدیران ارشد 59 شرکت تولیدکننده محصولات لبنی عضو انجمن صنایع لبنی ایران (413 نفر) در سال 1399 بود. برای برآورد حجم نمونه از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای متناسب و از فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه 212 نفر محاسبه شد. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها شامل پرسشنامه ساختاریافته مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز بر اساس پرسشنامه جابور (2010) بود. همچنین شیوه جمع آوری دادهها مصاحبه حضوری و تلفنی بود. دادهها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss نسخه 23 در دو سطح توصیفی و استنباط تحلیل شد. در سطح استنباطی از آزمونهای کولموگروف- اسمیرنف، همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون استفاده گردید. یافتهها نشان داد که عوامل سازمانی (82/7 درصد) بیش از سایر عوامل بر مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز در صنایع لبنی مؤثرند. همچنین عوامل محیطی (8/79 درصد)، عوامل بازار (77/6درصد) عوامل فنی (70/2درصد) و عوامل فرهنگی (66/6 درصد) در ردیفهای بعدی قرار دارند. بر اساس نتایج تحلیل رگرسیونی متغیرهای مستقل پنجگانه محیطی، بازار، فرهنگی، فنی و سازمانی میتوانند 53درصد از تغییرات متغیر مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز در صنایع لبنی را تبیین کند. نتایج این تحقیق میتواند راهنمای عملی در تحقق استراتژیهای مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز در صنعت تولید محصولات لبنی برای مدیران ارشد این صنایع باشد.
