شناسایی و اولویتبندی مؤلفههای جبران خدمات بر بهرهوری اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاههای جامع دولتی با استفاده از روش دلفی فازی

تحقیق حاضر با هدف شناسایی و اولویتبندی مؤلفههای جبران خدمات بر بهرهوری اعضای هیأت علمی در دانشگاههای جامع دولتی ایران انجام گرفته است. این تحقیق از نظر روش ترکیبی و از نظر نوع پژوهش قیاسی- استقرایی میباشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش، اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاههای جامع دولتی شمال غرب کشور (دانشگاه ارومیه، دانشگاه تبریز، دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی، و دانشگاه زنجان) بوده که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری گلوله برفی 30 نفر از آنها بهعنوان اعضای نمونه انتخاب شدند. در تحقیق حاضر، با استفاده از دادههای کیفی به دست آمده از مطالعات اکتشافی شامل بررسی متون اکتشافی و مصاحبههای اکتشافی، مؤلفههای جبران خدمات اعضای هیأت علمی شناسایی گردیده است، سپس این مؤلفهها از طریق روش تحقیق زمینهیابی و دلفی فازی ارزیابی شده است. نتایج تحقیق مشتمل بر دو بخش است، در بخش اول مجموعهای از مؤلفههای اعضای هیأت علمی شناسایی گردید و در بخش دوم میزان اهمیت و اولویت این مؤلفهها مشخص شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد که جبران خدمات اعضای هیأت علمی از 27 مؤلفه تشکیل شده است که امنیت شغلی، حقوق و مزایا، ارتقا، استقلال شغلی، سطح و ساختار پرداخت، شرایط کاری مناسب در دانشکده، کیفیت مدیریت و سرپرستی از مهم ترین مؤلفههای سیستم جبران خدمات اعضای هیأت علمی میباشند.
