طراحی مدل ارزیابی وضعیت سرمایه فکری با رویکرد بهبود بهره‌وری(موردمطالعه: دانشگاه‌های کشور)

ملخص المقالة :
سرمایه فکری دانش، تجربه و اطلاعاتی است که در سازمان زمینة خلق ارزش را فراهم می کند. این سرمایه به‌عنوان دارایی‌های ناملموس و منابع موجود در یک سازمان تعریف می‌شود که به محصولات، خدمات و فرایندها انتقال یافته، بهره‌وری را بهبود بخشیده، ارزش خلق می کند. این مقاله ابعاد و شاخص‌های اصلی ر ارزیابی سرمایه فکری در دانشگاه را از مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری شناسایی و تحلیل کرده است. تحقیق حاضر ازنظر هدف کاربردی، از جنبه گردآوری داده‌ها توصیفی از نوع پیمایش است. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در آن مصاحبه و پرسشنامه است. ابتدا ابعاد و شاخص‌های سرمایه فکری بر اساس مطالعه ادبیات و تحلیل محتوایی و مقایسه‌ای پژوهش‌های مرتبط و مصاحبه با خبرگان و متخصصان شناسایی و سپس با استفاده از متدولوژی تحلیلی نوین مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری روابط بین ابعاد سرمایه فکری که شامل سرمایه انسانی، سرمایه ساختاری و سرمایه رابطه‌ای و شاخص‌های ارزیابی سرمایه فکری در دانشگاه تعیین و به‌صورت یکپارچه تحلیل شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش در بخش کیفی شامل مقالات معتبر علمی مرتبط و در بخش دیگر نیز خبرگان سرمایه فکری که به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند نمونه‌گیری انجام شده است. درنهایت با استفاده از تحلیل میک مک نوع متغیرها با توجه به اثرگذاری و اثرپذیری بر سایر متغیرها مشخص شده است. نتایج نشان داد که مدیریت و دانشجویان از متغیرهای مستقل این پژوهش اند و بقیه متغیرها نیز از نوع متغیرهای رابط بوده، از وابستگی و هدایت‌پذیری بالایی برخورداراند. برای ایجاد تغییر در وضعیت سرمایه فکری دانشگاه باید در این متغیرها تغییر ایجاد کرد.
