بررسی تأثیر ابعاد مدیریت دانش بر بهرهوری سازمانی (موردمطالعه: پتروشیمی شرکت تبریز)

هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر ابعاد مدیریت دانش بر بهرهوری سازمانی است. نوع تحقیق ازنظر هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ ماهیت روش انجام کار، توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه کارکنان شرکت پتروشیمی شهر تبریز را شامل می شود. تعداد کارکنان این شرکت در سال 1397، بر اساس آمارهای موجود 2400 نفر بود.. بر اساس فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه لازم جهت بررسی این پژوهش، 331 نفر را دربر می گیرد. از دو پرسشنامه برای جمعآوری دادهها استفاده است. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادههای تحقیق از آمار استنباطی شامل آزمونهای ضریب همبستگی و تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیره استفادهشده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان میدهد که ابعاد مدیریت دانش -کسب دانش، ذخیرهسازی، تسهیم و کاربرد دانش بر بهرهوری سازمانی- در شرکت پتروشیمی تأثیر مثبت و معنادار دارد. مقدار ضریب تعیین در مدل برازش شده برابر با 0/8 است که بیانگر تأثیر بالای ابعاد مدیریت دانش در تبیین رفتار متغیر وابسته یعنی بهرهوری سازمانی در شرکت پتروشیمی تبریز است و اهمیت تأثیر مدیریت دانش در افزایش بهرهوری سازمانی در شرکت پتروشیمی تبریز را نشان میدهد. یافتـههـای ایـن پـژوهش مـیتوانـد در جهت حرکت شرکتها به سمت توجه بیشتر به مدیریت دانش برای افزایش بهرهوری مؤثر واقع شود.
