طراحی الگوی عوامل مؤثر بر استقرار مدیریت زنجیرة تأمین سبز بر اساس رویکرد فراترکیب و تحلیل و توسعه گزینههای استراتژیک (سودا)

ملخص المقالة :
جهانیسازی، افزایش مقررات سازمانها و اصرار مشتریان در بارة رعایت مسائل زیستمحیطی باعث شده است سازمانها به بررسی اقدامات لازم جهت بهکارگیری مدیریت زنجیره تأمین سبز، به منظور بهبود عملکرد زیستمحیطی و اقتصادی بپردازند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر طراحی الگوی عوامل مؤثر بر استقرار مدیریت زنجیرة تأمین سبز است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و توسعهای و از نظر روش اجرا جزء تحقیقات توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی محسوب میشود. در ابتدا کلیه پژوهشهای منتشرشده در پایگاههای علمی معتبر داخلی و خارجی مرتبط با عوامل مؤثر بر موفقیت مدیریت زنجیره تأمین سبز با رویکردی نظاممند و استفاده از روش فراترکیب استخراج گردید که حاصل آن طراحی مدلی شامل 29 عامل در 6 بُعد است. سپس با بهکارگیری رویکرد تحلیل و توسعه گزینههای استراتژیک (سودا)، عوامل کلیدی و نقشه راه موفقیت در مدیریت زنجیره تأمین سبز شناسایی شدند. نتایج نشان میدهد که استفاده از ماشینآلات، تجهیزات فیزیکی و تکنولوژیهای سبز در سازمان، بستهبندی سبز، خرید سبز، طراحی سبز، استفاده از تولید ناب، پشتیبانی و حمایت مدیران عملیاتی، میانی و ارشد از اجرای زنجیره تأمین سبز و در نهایت تخصیص هزینه لازم برای تحقق برنامههای زیستمحیطی از کلیدیترین و راهبردیترین عوامل مؤثر در پیادهسازی موفق زنجیرة تأمین سبز محسوب میشوند. بهطورکلی آنچه این پژوهش را از دیگر پژوهشهای داخلی متمایز میکند، ارائه چارچوبی نوین و علمی از عوامل و شناسایی کلیدیترین آنهاست که میتواند راهنمای مدیران ارشد و تصمیمگیران قرار گیرد.
