اثر احساس صلاحیت بر رضایت مسیر شغلی با نقش میانجی فلاتزدگی شغلی و محرومیت نسبی (مورد مطالعه: ادارات دولتی منتخب شهرستان نجفآباد)

ملخص المقالة :
دغدغه اصلی مدیران حفظ سرمایههای انسانی کارآمد در سازمان است. یکی از راههای تحقق این هدف، ایجاد و افزایش رضایت مسیر شغلی در کارکنان است. احساس صلاحیت بالاتر از پست سازمانی و فلاتزدگی شغلی زمینهساز عدم رضایت کارکنان از مسیر شغلیشان خواهد شد. هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثر احساس صلاحیت بر رضایت مسیر شغلی با نقش میانجی فلاتزدگی شغلی و محرومیت نسبی در کارکنان ادارات دولتی منتخب شهرستان نجفآباد است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش تعداد 370 نفر از بین کارکنان ادارات ذکرشده است که بر اساس جدول مورگان نمونهای به حجم 169 نفر بهصورت نسبتی انتخاب گردید. برای سنجش متغیرهای تحقیق از پرسشنامههای ماینارد و همکاران (2006)، کالن و همکاران (2011)، گرینهاوس و همکارن (1990) و ویکراماسینگ و جایاویرا (2010) استفاده شد. پایایی پرسشنامهها با روش آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی تأیید گردیده و برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و نرمافزار pls بهره گرفته شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که احساس صلاحیت بالاتر از پست سازمانی در کارکنان منجر به کاهش رضایت مسیر شغلی آنها در سازمان میگردد.
