فراتحلیل پیشایندهای بهرهوری منابع انسانی

ملخص المقالة :
هدف این پژوهش شناسایی پیشایندهای بهرهوری منابع انسانی با استفاده از رویکرد فراتحلیل است. تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف، توصیفی و از نظر نوع استفاده، کاربردی و ازنظر نوع دادهها، تحقیقی کمی است. جامعه مورد بررسی پژوهش، شامل مقالات چاپشده در مجلات علمی- پژوهشی در زمینه بهرهوری منابع انسانی از سال 1390 تا پاییز سال 1398 بود که 48 مورد با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری غیرتصادفی هدفمند بهعنوان نمونه وارد فرآیند فراتحلیل شدند. پژوهشهای منتخب با استفاده از نرمافزار CMA2 (نرمافزار جامع فراتحلیل) مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. پایایی تحقیق شامل پایایی شناسایی از طریق توافق داوران در انتخاب پژوهشها و طبقهبندی آنها، پایایی کدگذاری از طریق توافق داوران درباره استفاده از مفاهیم خاص برای کدگذاری متغیرها و پایایی سطح معنیداری و اندازه اثر از طریق توافق در محاسبات اندازه اثر بین دو فراتحلیل گر به دست آمد. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که از بین پیشایندهای بهرهوری منابع انسانی، به ترتیب متغیرهای هوش عاطفی (767/0)، کارآفرینی سازمانی (761/0)، مدیریت استعداد (728/0)، خودانضباطی (720/0)، انگیزش شغلی (705/0)، سلامت سازمانی (691/0)، پیشرفت در شغل (652/0)، رهبری اثربخش (635/0)، کیفیت زندگی کاری (632/0)، خودمختاری در شغل (623/0)، خلاقیت کارکنان (618/0)، چابکی سازمانی (618/0)، فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات (585/0)، اعتماد سازمانی (581/0)، مدیریت دانش (563/0)، مسؤولیتپذیری اجتماعی (548/0) و سرمایه اجتماعی (523/0) دارای اندازه اثر زیاد (بالای 5/0) هستند.
