بررسی تأثیر مدیریت دانش بر اثربخشی سازمانی با نقش میانجی هوش معنوی کارکنان(مورد مطالعه: حوزه پیشگیری از جرم پلیس)

زمینه و هدف: امروزه ضرورت توجه سازمانها بر بهبود عملکرد، اثربخشی و رضایت ذینفعان، بهویژه در سازمانهای خدماتی همچون پلیس، یک اصل بسیار مهم بهشمار میرود، هدف از انجام این پژوهش، شناسایی میزان تأثیر ابعاد مدیریت دانش بر اثربخشی سازمانی با نقش میانجی هوش معنوی کارکنان در حوزه پیشگیری از جرم سازمان پلیس میباشد. روش: تحقیق حاضر از نظر دادهها کمی و از نظر اهداف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت، مطالعهی همبستگی است. جامعهی آماری پژوهش حاضر را مسئولین سطح یک و دو مرکز مطالعات راهبردی، پژوهشگاه علوم انتظامی و نظم اجتماعی، دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین و پلیس پیشگیری در سال 1401 تشکیل میدهند. بر اساس روش نمونهگیری طبقهای و تصادفی ساده تعداد 105 نفر، حجم نمونه را تشکیل میدهد. داده های جمع آوری شده به روش معادلات ساختاری در نرم افزار smart pls مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافتهها: یافتههای تحقیق بیانگر آن است که ابعاد مدیریت دانش بر اثربخشی سازمانی پلیس به طور مستقیم 67/. درصد تأثیر مستقیم و از طریق هوش معنوی کارکنان به میزان 48/. درصد اثر غیرمستفیم دارد.لق، توزیع و بکارگیری دانش در جهت اثر بخشی سازمانی باید مورد توجه جدی قرار گیرد. ضمن اینکه هوش معنوی کارکنان که در این مطالعه به عنوان متغیر میانجی وارد گردید، باید تقویت گردد. واژههای کلیدی: دانش سازمانی، اثربخشی سازمانی، هوش معنوی، سازمان پلیس
