بررسی معیارها وارائه مدل انتخاب همکار تجاری در زنجیره تأمین مواد و قطعات

ملخص المقالة :
پژوهش حاضر به دنبال تعیین معیارهای مناسب به منظور انتخاب همکار تجاری از میان تأمین کنندگان در زنجیره مواد و قطعات می باشد. ایجاد همکاری تجاری در بین شرکت ها باعث کاهش هزینه های تأمین مواد وقطعات، ایجاد مزیت رقابتی و افزایش توان رقابتی و در نهایت افزایش سودآوری آنها می گردد. در حقیقت می توان با ایجاد همکاری تجاری در زنجیره تأمین مواد و قطعات و جلوگیری از گزینش تأمین کنندگان نامناسب در پروژه های مختلف در زمان و هزینه پروژه ها صرفه جویی نمود. انتخاب همکار تجاری مناسب مهمترین مرحله در ایجاد همکاری است. در این مقاله با استفاده از نظریات مدیران وکارشناسان ارشد معیارهای مناسب در انتخاب همکار تجاری مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و با بهره گیری از اطلاعات بدست آمده در پرسشنامه طراحی شده است. روش تحقیق توصیفی- پیمایشی بوده و جامعه آماری کارشناسان و مدیران شرکت صنعتی دریایی ایران می باشد. نهایتاً در تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات جمع آوری شده از جامعه آماری اهمیت، اولویت و اوزان این معیارها مشخص گردیده است.
