بررسی تأثیر به کارگیری فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات (ICT) در افزایش بهرهوری کارکنان مورد مطالعه (کارکنان بانک مسکن تبریز)

ملخص المقالة :
موضوع مقاله حاضر، بررسی تأثیر به کارگیری فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات( (ICT، در افزایش بهرهوری کارکنان، و بهبود بهرهوری سازمانها است. روش تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی، از نظر جمعآوری اطلاعات پیمایشی (با استفاده از پرسش نامه) و از نظر تحلیل اطلاعات، توصیفی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را 100 نفر از کارکنان بانک مسکن تبریز تشکیل میدهند. روش نمونه گیری تصادفی بوده و پایایی پرسش نامه با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. این ضریب برای مؤلفه فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات (84/0)، و برای مؤلفه بهرهوری کارکنان(86/0) میباشد. در این تحقیق اثر همبستگی بین متغیرهای "زیر ساخت های فناوری اطلاعات" و "فناوری اطلاعات" و "کاربرد اطلاعات"، با بهرهوری کارکنان؛ و همچنین آزمون t بین آنها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج به دست آمده از بررسیهای انجام شده نشانگر آن است که بین فناوری اطلاعات و بهرهوری کارکنان رابطه مستقیم و معناداری وجود داشته و فناوری اطلاعات بر بهره وری کارکنان تاثیر گذار است.
