سنجش توانمندی تکنولوژی صنایع استان آذربایجان شرقی و ارائه الگوی مناسب جهت بهبود و ارتقای تکنولوژی

ملخص المقالة :
مقاله حاضر در نظر دارد ابتدا با به کار گیری مدل اطلس تکنولوژی ((ESCAP)) اقدام به ارزیابی سطح (امتیاز و نمره) اجزای تکنولوژی در صنایع سه گانه نفت- ساخت و تولید و صنایع معدنی نماید. برای تعیین و محاسبه ضریب کمک تکنولوژی (TCC) و ضریب توانی آن (iβ) از مقایسه زوجی به روش AHP با مؤلفه های تأثیر گذار بر تکنولوژی استفاده شده است و نهایتاً برای تعیین و بررسی معنا داری در میانگین نمرات و امتیاز به دست آمده درصنایع مورد مطالعه، از آزمون t و آنالیز واریانس (ANOVA) برای بررسی تفاوت معناداری در مقادیر میانگین مشاهده شده امتیازات در صنایع سه گانه استفاده شده است. در مرحله آخرالگوی پیشنهادی در دو مرحله الف) ارزیابی وتعیین و محاسبه امتیاز ب) ارائه راهکارهای بهبود توسعه تکنولوژی؛ تدوین وطراحی گردیده است ، درپاسخ به این سؤال که درصورت اجرا وبه کارگیری این مدل درعمل، منجربه بهبود تکنولوژی خواهد انجامید یا نه؟ اقدام به بررسی وصحه گذاری واعتبار مدل با روش شبیه سازی وبا استفاده از سیستمهای دینامیکی پرداخته شده است و روایی و پایایی مدل تست گردیده است .
