بررسی رابطه بین فرهنگ سارمانی و عملکرد کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تهران شمال

ملخص المقالة :
هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه بین فرهنگ سازمانی و عملکردکارکنان در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تهران شمال می باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه کارکنان که در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تهران شمال به فعالیت مشغول هستند، تشکیل می دهند. که از بین آنها 200 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه های فرهنگ سازمانی ( کوئین، 1985 ، 327 – 326 ) و پرسشنامه عملکرد کارکنان مدل اچیو ( هرسی و بلانچارد) است. با توجه نتایج حاصل از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون، یافته های این پژوهش نشان داد که فرهنگ سازمانی و عملکرد کارکنان رابطه مثبت و معنی داری با هم دارند. همچنین بین فرهنگ های مشارکتی، سلسله مراتبی و عقلایی و عملکرد کارکنان رابطه مثبت و معنی داری وجود دارد.
