National identity is the most pervasive level of identity among all social systems. In compare with other type of common identity, the national identity will affect on different aspects of life in every social system. So, this study attempts to examine Yazd young's attitude toward national identity and its effective factors. The sample size of this survey consists of 378 young (18-30 ages) which have been selected by classified random sampling method in the Yazd city. Some of the most important findings of this study are: -Young's attitude toward national identity tends to medium level. -Based on Pearson correlation test, there are significant relationship between religiosity, life satisfaction, foreign & national media usage and national identity. -Based on regression analysis, independent variables can explain 22.4 percent of dependent variable (national identity) variance.
