تاثیر تنش شوری و خشکی بر خصوصیات تاثیر تنش شوری و خشکی بر خصوصیات جوانهزنی و رشدی گیاهچه جو دره (Hordeum spontaneum Koch)

به منظور بررسی جوانهزنی بذر جو دره در سطوح مختلف تنش شوری و خشکی دو آزمایش جداگانه در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با 5 سطح پتانسیل شوری (صفر (شاهد)،3-، 6-،9 - و12- بار) در 4 تکرار و تنش خشکی شامل 5 سطح پتانسیل خشکی (صفر (شاهد)، 3- ، 6- ، 9- و12- بار) با 4 تکرار در آزمایشگاه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی رامین اهواز در سال 95 انجام شد. از پلی اتیلن گلایکول 6000 و کلرید سدیم به ترتیب برای ایجاد تنش خشکی و شوری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش تنش شوری و خشکی به صورت معنیداری درصد جوانهزنی، سرعت جوانهزنی، شاخص بنیه بذر، طول ساقهچه و ریشهچه، وزن تر ریشهچه و ساقهچه کاسته شد و زمان 50 درصد جوانهزنی نهایی افزایش یافت. به نظر میرسد وزن تر و خشک گیاهچه در بین سایر صفات حساسیت بیشتری به تنش شوری و خشکی دارد. علاوه بر این مقایسه گروهی بین تیمارها ناشی از PEG و NaCl نشان داد به دلیل حساسیت بالاتر جودره نسبت به تنش خشکی طول ساقهچه، وزن تر گیاهچه و بنیه گیاهچه در شرایط ناشی از PEG به طور معنیداری کمتر از تنش ناشی از NaCl بود.
