اولویت بندی سیلخیزی زیرحوضههای حوزه آبخیز طالقان با استفاده از تلفیق AHP و TOPSIS

سیل یکی از بلایای طبیعی است که هر ساله در نقاط مختلف جهان باعث خسارات فراوانی میگردد. اولویتبندی زیرحوضههای یک حوزه آبخیز بر اساس پتانسیل سیلخیزی، با هدف تعیین اولویت در سیاستگذاریها و اقدامات مدیریتی میتواند نقش مهمی در مدیریت بهینه آبخیزها داشته باشد. در تحقیق حاضر از دو تکنیک AHP و TOPSIS به منظور اولویت بندی زیرحوضههای آبخیز طالقان، بر اساس پتانسیل سیلخیزی استفاده شد. معیارهای در نظر گرفته شده، معیارهای مهم و تاثیر گذار بر نفوذپذیری آب، تولید رواناب و در نتیجه پتانسیل سیلخیزی بود که شامل 10 معیار مساحت، ضریب گراولیوس، تراکم زهکشی، شیب متوسط زیر حوضه، ارتفاع متوسط زیرحوضه، درصد اراضی نفوذناپذیر، شماره منحنی، شیب آبراهه اصلی، طول آبراهه اصلی و زمان تمرکز در هر زیرحوضه میباشد. نتایج نشان داد که سه معیار درصد اراضی نفوذناپذیر، CN و شیب آبراهه اصلی به ترتیب با وزن نسبی 283/0، 231/0 و 163/0 از بیشترین اهمیت در پتانسیل سیلخیزی زیرحوضهها برخوردار میباشند. همچنین نتایج نهایی حاصل از تلفیق اولویت بندی زیرحوضهها با استفاده از دو تکنیک نشان داد که در میان 16 زیرحوضه آبخیز طالقان، سه زیرحوضه حسنجون، ناریان و شهرک به ترتیب بیشترین پتانسیل سیلخیزی را دارا بوده و در نتیجه از لحاظ ضرورت انجام اقدامات مدیریتی در اولویت میباشند.
