تاثیر جیبرلیک و سالیسیلیک اسید بر بهبود جوانهزنی و مقاوم سازی گونه vahl. Cassia angustifolia تحت تنش با ترکیبات آللوپاتیک Eucalyptus camaldulensis

این تحقیق با هدف بررسی اثرات محرک های شیمیایی جیبرلیک و سالیسیلیک اسید بر بهبود جوانه زنی و حمایت گونه Cassia angustifolia تحت تنش با ترکیبات آللوپاتیک Eucalyptus camaldulensis در شرایط کنترل شده آزمایشگاهی پرداخته شد. تیمارها شامل پیش تیمار بذر با جیبرلیک اسید (۱۲۵، ۲۵۰ و ۵۰۰ پیپیام) و سالیسیلیک اسید (100، 200 و300 میلی گرم در لیتر) و 5 غلظت (۰، ۲۵، ۵۰، ۷۵ و ۱۰۰ میلیگرم در لیتر) از ترکیبات آللوپاتیک حاصل از اندامهای هوایی و زمینی اکالیپتوس بود که بصورت آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه کاملاً تصادفی در چهار تکرار اجرا گردید. با توجه به نتایج حاصل از تجزیه واریانس اثر متقابل پیش تیمار و اللوپاتی بر کلیه صفات اندازهگیری شده در سطح یک درصد معنیدار بود. مقایسه میانگینها نشان داد که عصاره اکالیپتوس اثر آللوپاتیک بازدارنده بر جوانهزنی بذر و رشد اولیه گیاهچه های Cassia angustifolia دارد. بهطوریکه پیش تیمار بذر با باعث بهبود درصد و سرعت جوانهزنی و رشد اولیه گیاهچهها گردید. کاربرد تیمار جیبرلیک اسید با غلظت ۵۰۰ پیپیام بیشترین تاثیر را بر بهبود جوانهزنی و رشد اولیه گیاهچهها داشت. بهطور کلی نتایج نشان داد که پاسخ گونه Cassia angustifolia به پیش تیمار بذر با جیبرلیک اسید مثبت است و تکنیک پیش تیمار بذر با غلظت ۵۰۰ پیپیام جیبرلیک اسید قبل از کاشت اثرات بازدارنده ترکیبات آللوپاتیک اکالیپتوس را در مرحله جوانهزنی بطور معنیداری کاهش میدهد.
