بررسی اثر فولویک اسید و متیلجاسمونات بر میزان کلروژنیک اسید، کافئیک اسید و برخی صفات فیتوشیمیایی در اندام هوایی و ریشه گیاه دارویی Echinacea purpurea (L.) Moench

ملخص المقالة :
سرخارگل (.Echinacea purpurea (L.) Moench) یکی از گیاهان دارویی متعلق به تیرة کاسنی (Asteraceae) است. اندام های مختلف گیاه بهویژه ریشه های آن حاوی ترکیبهای دارویی ارزشمندی است که خواص ضدباکتریایی و ضدویروسی دارند که در صنعت داروسازی کاربرد دارند. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تاثیر غلظت های مختلف فولویک اسید و متیل جاسمونات بر برخی صفات مورفوفیزیولوژیک و بیوشیمیایی ریشه و اندام هوایی گیاه سرخارگل انجام شده است. این تحقیق در قالب آزمایش فاکتوریل برپایه طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار در دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی گرگان به صورت گلدانی در سال زراعی 1397-1396 انجام شد. تیمار ها شامل: فولویک اسیددر سه سطح (0، 1000 و 2000 میلی گرم در لیتر) و متیل جاسمونات در چهار سطح (0، 90، 100، 110 میکرومولار) بوده است. متغیرهای اندازه گیری شده شامل: میزان فنل کل، فلاونوئید کل، فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی، کلروژنیکاسید و کافئیک اسید بوده است. ارزیابی صفات بیوشیمیایی با متانول و استفاده از دستگاه اسپکتروفتومتر و اندازه گیری کلروژنیک اسید و کافئیک اسید توسط HPLC انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که تیمارها و اثر متقابل آن ها بر صفات فیتوشیمیایی در سطح یک و پنج درصد معنی دار بوده است. بر اساس نتایج مقایسه میانگین ها بیش ترین میزان کلروژنیک اسید (46/7 میلی گرم بر گرم) در غلظت 110 میکرومولار متیل جاسمونات و 1000 میلی گرم بر لیتر فولویک اسید و بیش ترین مقدارکافئیک اسید (90/28 میلی گرم بر گرم) در شاهد 1000 میلی گرم بر لیتر فولویک اسید تولید شد. همچنین بیشترین میزان فنل کل (29/49 میلی گرم در گرم) در متیل جاسمونات 100میکرومولار و فولویک اسید 1000 میلی گرم بر لیتر در ریشه و بیشترین میزان فلاونوئید کل (66/23 میلی گرم در گرم) در متیل جاسمونات 100 میکرومولار و فولویک اسید 1000 میلی گرم در لیترمشاهده شد. بیشترین فعالیت آنتی اکسیدانی (03/76 درصد مهار رادیکال آزاد) در متیل جاسمونات 110 میکرومولار و فولویک اسید 1000 میلی گرم در لیتر در ریشه نتیجه گیری شد. از نتایج برداشت شد که بیشترین میزان متغیر های اندازه گیری شده در ریشه گیاه ودر غلظت 1000میلی گرم بر لیتر فولویک اسید بود.
