ملخص المقالة :
اسانس یکی از فرآورده های مهم از گلبرگ های گل محمدی (Rosa damascena Mill.) است. وجود غلظت بیشتر ترکیبات معطر (بتا- سیترونلول و ژرانیول) در اسانس گل محمدی بیانگر شاخص مهم کیفی و استاندارد اسانس گل محمدی بوده که محلول پاشی ممکن است در راستای ارتقای این ماده موثره کارآمد باشد. تحقیق حاضر با هدف ارزیابی اثر محلول پاشی الکلی و کتونی بر ترکیبات اسانس گل محمدی طی دو سال زراعی (1397-1396 و 1398-1397) در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در گلستان گل محمدی واقع در جنوب شهرکرد به مرحله اجرا درآمد. اسانس حاصل از روش تقطیر با آب با استفاده از گاز کروماتوگرافی متصل به طیف سنج جرمی (GC/MS) مورد تجزیه قرار گرفت. در همین راستا، 29 ترکیب در اسانس شناسایی شدند که مهمترین آنها شامل : بتا- سیترونلول و ژرانیول (مونوترپنهای الکلی) و هنیکوزان و نونادکان (هیدروکربنهای آلکاندار) بودند. نتایج نشان داد که بهترین تیمار محلول پاشی محلول اتانول 20 درصد طی دو سال آزمایش بود؛ به طوری که بالاترین میزان بتا- سیترونلول (33 درصد) و ژرانیول (18 درصد) از اسپری اتانول (20 درصد) در مقایسه با سایر تیمارها و شاهد به دست آمد. همچنین، این تیمار از نظر غلظت هیدروکربنهای آلکاندار در اسانس بهعنوان یک شاخص منفی ترکیبات معطر اسانس گل محمدی در پایین ترین میزان بودند. محلول پاشی استون دارای بالاترین میزان هیدروکربنهای آلکاندار و کمترین درصد ترکیبات معطر در مقایسه با شاهد و سایر تیمارها بودند. در برآورد ضرایب همبستگی ساده پیرسون، بیشترین همبستگی مثبت و معنیدار، بین ترکیبات معطر (مونوترپنهای الکلی) با یکدیگر و بین هیدروکربنهای آلکاندار با هم به دست آمد، اگر چه بین این دو گروه ترکیبات مهم در اسانس گل محمدی روابط منفی و معنی داری مشاهده شد. در نهایت، پیشنهاد میشود برای حصول بالاترین ترکیب کیفی اسانس گل محمدی تحت شرایط مشابه اقلیمی (سرد و نیمه خشک)، می توان از محلول پاشی اتانول با غلظت 20 درصد استفاده کرد.
