Multimodal transportation development strategies in order to increase competitiveness and infrastructural development in the country's transit and logistics space

Abstract :
This research was conducted with the aim of investigating multimodal transportation development strategies in order to increase competitiveness and infrastructure development in the transit and logistics area of the country. This study is a quantitative research in terms of its practical purpose, in terms of the method of collecting descriptive survey information, and in terms of the method of data analysis. The statistical population of this research consisted of all the employees of Kashtrani Combined Transport Company, whose number was 250, and 120 of them were selected by random sampling. The tool for collecting information in this study was a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the measurement tool was performed using the first order confirmatory factor analysis and the factor loading for all items was greater than 0.4. The overall reliability of this questionnaire was calculated and confirmed by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient greater than 0.7. The findings showed that laws and decrees with an impact factor of 0.281, the type of export and import needs with an impact factor of 0.280, the development of multimodal transport companies with an impact factor of 0.286, and hardware and software infrastructure with an impact factor of 0.257. The development of multimodal transportation has a significant impact at the 95% confidence level.
